Uhm.

1. too simple.
2. too much negative space.
3. don't put the borderlines on overlay OVER the stocks.
4. try using blending modes more for the heck of it, turns out fun.
5. distort and erase some more.

Also, try experimenting some more with placing your stock, and text effects.

You're getting the hang of it though.
Keep it up.
