Basically, this bill is only in effect in California. It makes "gay" people and "trans" people have their own gender. You can't say "mother" or "father" any more because it is "sexist".
I personally think that that bill should be ripped in 500 pieces, then shredded into 1000, then set on fire, then the ashes should be thrown in a toilet, and flushed down. This is totally against nature. Gay people are already defying how mankind should be. But going this far? Don't you agree that that's a bit extreme?
Thankfully, this server is not hosted in California, so these laws about insulting gay people don't apply.

I don't think we should HATE LGBT people. Sure, they're different, but they're still people, right? Although it would be... AWKWARD to have facilities for them, I haven't really decided whether it's "OK" or not. Now the "mother" and "father" part... that's just a little too extreme, I have to say... I don't entirely agree with this bill, nor do I entirely disagree with it. Oh well... legislation wins.

that's bull. no one is really lgbt. people only think they are because they see ppl on tv who are. so, when they have feelings of deep care or frendship towards someone they kno, they get it confused.
no, i don't think that way b'cuz i'm christian. i think that way because of common sense.
have mr. g explain it to you.

if there's not really a such thing as trans, then why do people go through the trouble of changing their gender? i think there really are LGBTs and they should be respected... but i think banning the saying of "mother" and "father" is going waaaaay too far.
