i hate that way of thinking, just cause someone says its art doesnt actually mean it is...thats what its come to nowadays,...you can take a shit in a barrel and call it art
sorry, but im sick of it, i go to an art university and i have to deal with assholes daily who think a black canvas with two dabs of white paint is art

If it's tagging, no unless it actually looks like a lot of thought went into it. If it's actual graffiti with colors and shit, then hell yeah (unless it's just some sketchy crap).
